GOP presidential candidate former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee is calling on Congress to stop President Obamaâs plan to bring more Syrian refugees to the U.S. in light of the recent terrorist attack in Paris by a member of ISIS who had embedded in the refugee program.
âSpeaker Ryan needs to step down today and let someone else lead if he will not act to stop the flow of terrorists to America,â Huckabee stated in a press release, in which he criticized President Obamaâs recent comments following the massacre in Paris.
President Obamaâs wimpish and amateurish response to Islamic jihadists this morning reveals we have a Cub Scout for Commander in Chief instead of someone who is capable of defending America and unleashing something more than a strongly worded letter through the UN. Itâs embarrassing when a left-wing socialist French President shows strength and determination to eradicate animals who are slaughtering innocent civilians while our President lectures us on the moral necessity to open our borders to tens of thousands of un-vetted people from the Middle East. France has closed its borders and all President Obama wants to do is close Gitmo.
Huckabee also said it is up to Speaker of the House Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) to take a step to keep America safe.

That’s exactly what it is.
I think its the Paris effect.
Just step down ANYWAY.
Or I’ll fry up a squirrel and make you eat it.
You sound like my spouse who swears everything positive is because of Trump.
But you can see the logic, right? Trump says build a wall, after Paris his poll numbers skyrocket, etc. What is the one thing politicians care about? Getting elected or re-elected. You need high poll numbers to do that.
So this is not really a case of Trump causing it, he just stumbled across the right answer first and now all the others are copying him....because why? They all want the same thing...to stay (or get into) office.
Ryan is a pussy. Just like his predecessor .
Cruz was speaking true to idiocy long before Trump was on the scene.
Trump is framing the debate. The GOP wuss is just come along for the ride.
Hey Huck!
How about laying that brick at the White House door where it belongs?
Ryan is a soouffle and about to collapse under the weight of the load. WE need a Warrior as Speaker .. Not a mouthpiece.
How about just ‘step down’.
‘Cause Ryan ain’t stopping anything.
BTTT
Ryan is shaping up to be Boehner II.
Cool spouse!
Politically naïve but otherwise cool.
Jindal has been speaking out against terrorism all along, and it has nothing to do with the “Trump effect”:
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal said during the GOP undercard debate Thursday [in August] that, unlike President Obama, he would first fight ISIS by actually naming the enemy.
“We’ve got a president who cannot bring himself to say the words ‘radical Islamic terrorism,’” Jindal said in response to a question asking for an example of how he would fight ISIS differently from Obama.
Jindal added that Obama “loves to criticize America, apologize for us, criticize medieval Christians.”
He continued:
How can we beat an enemy if our commander-in-chief doesn’t have the moral honesty and clarity to say that Islam has a problem, and that problem is radical Islam, to say they’ve got to condemn not generic acts of violence, but the individual murderers who are committing these acts of violence.
We’ve got a president who instead says, we’re going to change hearts and minds. Well, you know what? Sometimes you win a war by killing murderous, evil terrorists...

“’Speaker Ryan needs to step down today and let someone else lead if he will not act to stop the flow of terrorists to America,’ Huckabee stated in a press release.”
It looks like the Huckster being stuck at the bottom of the barrel in polling has put some starch into his shorts. Now, if he were only believable.
