Prosecute him. Send him up for 20 years. That is the only way to slow down all these hoaxes. When they let the perps get away with, “I was only trying to raise awareness of a problem on campus” they are encouraging these things.

Bowden’s poorly timed Yik Yak posting came on the night of last week’s Paris terror attacks and during a time when race issues on American college campuses have become especially sensitive.
Police actually arrested Bowden on a separate, unrelated warrant  apparently related to misuse of a credit card in a campus convenience store.â€
