I agree with the demilitarization of the civilian police. Obama is getting this one right and I’m happy to give him credit for it >> IF << the order is actually carried out.

WRONG. Really, do you think 0dunga did this to “demilitarize the police”? REALLY? No, he did it because HE DOESN’T WANT ANY RESISTANCE WHEN HE ORDERS TROOPS INTO AMERICA’S CITIES TO THROW TEA PARTIERS IN PRISON, OR WORSE.

I am with you. If police want access to MRAPs and tracked vehicles, they should have joined the Army or Marines. I was never a fan of police officers getting military hardware.
