I’ve been told that Palmetto State Armory is selling suppressors for $29.99 with the purchase of a firearm, on Black Friday. “course all you need then is a stamp, which costs about 7X the value of the suppressor, but it’s still an incredibly good deal. Unfortunately I don’t live anywhere near a PSA store.

That seems too good to be true. Just ordered an AAC 762-SDN-6 for $655 from the silencer shop and I thought that was a steal. Merry Christmas to me.

I will also note that for your AR15 needs, the S&W MP15 Sport is available at Sportsmans for a mere $519. This is a well reviewed gun.

“Springfield Armory XDS ... 45 ACP”

I expected this little .45 to kick my butt with recoil the first time I shot it, but I was surprised. The kick wasn’t bad at all, it handled a number of defense loads reliably, no malfunctions or FTF.
Like the Ruger LC 9 (nine mm) I don’t consider it a target gun or even a gun I want to shoot regularly. I would treat it as BUG, as soon as you determine you can rely on it.
And that price is a good one. I paid more, it came with a big, cool case, xtra mag, mag holder too.

I standardized on the 1911s.

I agree with the purpose of the Ruger LC 9, but I went with the KAHR CM9. The Ruger was my second choice.

My only recommendation to everyone would be to pick up an AR15 and 5+ 30 round mags. And 500 rounds.

AR’s are cheap now in any configuration (M4, 20” standard, etc...).

You may very well be thankful you did in the near future.

Yeah the Kahr's a real value. Ruger hasn't come right and said it, but I get the feeling they consider the LCP and LC9 to have a shelf life, something like a Kimber pepperspray gun, if you run it like a steel frame, flat-top Blackhawk. Wham-O photo: Whamo sub_02.jpg Of course a lot of GIs thought Mr. Stoner's new 5.56 rifle was from Mattel, but found it to be pretty reliable after all. If they kept it clean.

I love my XDS. Try is with the Remington Ultra ammunition. Very controllable in .45 ACP.
