Karl Rove may be moving to help bankroll Ben Carson in the presidential race. I guess Rove has thrown in the towel on Jeb and is looking for a candidate of lesser evil (his opinion).

Karl is trying to take down Trump by supporting Carson. If successful, he will then take down Carson to get the establishment candidate.
Carson does support amnesty. He meets the CofC test.

The media stories on Carson are overwhelmingly positive now. I believe they want to keep Carson’s numbers up to allow Rubio (not Cruz) to catch fire & also to keep Trump from going even higher in the polls.
