Guess the so-called GOP=E didn't get the Founders' FROM line in their Constitution's "Preamble" for structuring a government -
WE, THE PEOPLE
It was "We, the People" who were to be in charge of the process - not some self-appointed sub-set of political planners.
Government of the PEOPLE, by the PEOPLE, and for the PEOPLE, was serious business, not to be entrusted to a political elite in either Party.

There was talk about Lou Dobbs running for president last time.
Donald Trump is running on Lou's issues.
Lou would have been a safer choice -- fewer surprises, less uproar -- but wouldn't have done anywhere near as well as Trump is doing now.

Locking up the White House for 200 years....
Locking up the Congress .....
Icing the Supreme Court .....
Declaring the Second Amendment dead and killing 30,000,000 Americans during "pacification" and "normalization" </off KGB slang>
Declaring a dictatorship of the proletariat and herding what's left of the original American population into crematoria.
Other than that ..... yeah, that's about it.

If I were his opposition I would be terrified of the Trump payback. going to be ugly,ugly,ugly. Well, it should be, right? Cleaning out all the RiNO "old boys' club" and their catamite boyfriends, the networks and interlocking directorates that have frozen the GOP like a block of ice ever since Poppy Bush told them to ice it for "people like us" is bound to be messy.

But the GOPe doesn’t want Cruz either, right? So if they are successful in taking out Trump, doubtful, then next to take out will be Cruz, they hate Cruz just as much as Trump.

They absolutely don't want Cruz. This is what I have been warning Cruzers about, that the "media love" that we've seen recently about "Cruz surging" is all designed ONLY to take out Trump. The minute Cruz "surges" into any lead, they will destroy him like they did Carson. Or at least try.
I'm fine with supporting Cruz. But don't be fooled that ANYONE in the GOPe media (i.e., National Review, the bloggers) has any interest whatsoever in Cruz winning the nomination.
