Deport him....period...
If he's a citizen (which he might be), we can't do that. The best we can do is put him in prison for felony child abuse - and make sure all the most violent thugs know he is a child abuser.
It has been a practice for decades that when foreign muslim students arrive to study at the universities in the US, they are met by a muslim delegation that tells them what they can or cannot do while they are in America.
