No election season is complete without a good scandal, and even those close to Florida Sen. Marco Rubio know that. According to an excerpt from McKay Coppins' forthcoming book The Wilderness, unsubstantiated rumors about Rubio have been swirling around him practically since he entered politics:
Jilted mistresses, sordid affairs, secret love children - Rubio's team had heard it all [...] One [rumor] that reporters in Florida had repeatedly tried to run down over the years dealt with a Tallahassee politico who Rubio had supposedly taken on several romantic out-of-state trips and paid for them with the state party's credit card.

I’m not for either one of them, and they can destroy each other if they want, but really is it getting this bad in the lower ranks of the candidates they stoop to this level???

Hadn't thought about the possibility of a sleazy personal past just because he seems virtually neuter, though I suppose that could contribute.
I figured it is mostly because he doesn't really believe in anything except trying to advance his own little popinjay self.
He sweats like crazy because he is forever trying to remember the proper stance on every issue and the endless paragraphs of claptrap he has memorized in advance.
Never forget the GOPE and Mississippi! These creatures are lower than the liberal scum that permeates the Democrat party. They are never ever to be trusted and should be always be kept at arms length by any conservative candidate or office holder.
I don’t want any incidents created to make Marco look like a victim and boost his popularity as a ‘victim of a smear’ so the best response to this story is to not feed on it or promote it.
I think Jeb is toast at this point and the Establishment’s only palatable option is Rubio.
Trump will get the cold shoulder as a presidential nominee.
Cruz would get the lukewarm shoulder.
Carson is considered a splitter spoiler to help Marco win.
If they can split Trump, Carson, Cruz support into three pieces maybe they can squeeze Rubio through.
Neither would stick..
Trump has all his dirty laundry out....
Cruz does not have any or they would have found it long ago.
That’s kinda goofy. I like Rubio and think he’ll win the nomination. I look forward to voting for him.
And yet nothing about the affair between Shillary and Huma.
He sweats because he’s an amnesty pimp who has no trouble selling out other Americans. A lot of them hope to ride off into the sunset with the cash they’re making off the Cheap Labor Express. If they can just keep America stupid for a little bit longer.......
