Off the top of my head I cannot think of any Muslim major-league baseball players, and of all the team sports in the US, I don’t think there is one that is more racially/ethnically diverse, in both its players and its fan base, than MLB.
Sam Khalifa played the last half of 1985 and the first part of 1986 with the Pirates. Had a .185 batting average in '86 with them. Now apparently driving a taxicab.
