No. Today’s socialist leftists believe “AMERICA” (free, (white) , capitalist, Christian, heterosexual, employed and independent) ARE THE ENEMY.
Muslims are merely another ally (they think) in their war against “America” (and by that extension)all of the western European cultures). Just as Chinese communists are not the enemy nor a slave-enriched state, but are a “socialist haven” also against the left’s enemy.
And the left will NOT recognize Muslims as the enemy until they themselves are falling enslaved, raped and beheaded. If even then. Their hatred for “America” may well be greater than their love of their own life - After all, the Muslims are only acting as they are because of the Christian hatred typical of the Crusades and witch burnings. Of the year 1100.
If a leftist is capable of asking why Muslims attack us then I don’t think it’s as extreme a case as you describe. Asking why do they hate us, maybe they have a legitimate excuse, maybe we deserve to be attacked are symptoms of Stockholm Syndrome. You are right that leftists and Muslims share a hatred for Western Civilization. But I think the explanation of the left’s condition is the mental illness that I describe.
