The House Armed Services Committee has concluded that President Barack Obama “misled the public†and broke several laws when he swapped five Taliban leaders for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
“Our report finds that the Administration clearly broke the law in not notifying Congress of the transfer,†declared committee chairman Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-TX) 58% . “Leading up to the transfer, DOD officials misled Congress as to the status of negotiations. Pentagon officials best positioned to assess the national security risks were left out of the process, which increases the chances of dangerous consequences from the transfer.â€

When has that ever stopped the POSOTUS. He is a constitution defecating upon marxist traitor who breaks the law daily to get his agenda installed. He should have been impeached and convicted a long time ago....but congress, both parties, are enablers.

The last thing Obama wants is for the House of Representatives to start working on the articles of impeachment. That would derail Obama’s game plan for the rest of his term. It would be a huge blow to his narcissistic self. And as collateral damage it would log jam Hillary’s run for the presidency.
You don’t have to feel helpless. Call your rep in the House, calling their office in your state is easy, and demand they start putting together the articles of impeachment.

I’m sympathetic to your proposal but the reality is that impeachment is never going to happen. The spineless and unprincipled GOP only wants to ride out his term. They made no effort to even slow him down over the past seven years and they’re not about to start something like impeachment proceedings now. The GOP failed us and should shoulder some of the blame for Obama’s ongoing destructive policies. They enabled him.
