Nope, Cruz is for TPP, his squirrely tactical voting to the contrary. If his vote is needed he will certainly vote for TPP. As it is, the TPP is going to pass anyway given that the media has blacked out any coverage of this nation ending trade deal.
When this "thing" hits the bricks next year only Trump and Sanders will be talking about it. That you can take to the bank.
