Incidentally, all this conflict kind of shoots the whole “global warming” meme right in the head. Warfare is notoriously bad for environmental pollution, and in ways not confined to mere “carbon release”.
Look up the battlegrounds in the wars between France and Germany, and see what the repeated destruction of the Ardennes forest had on the long-time environmental impact.

Exactly, claims they will withhold gas sales is silly. They won't make up the total loss, but they will make up what they can.

More LNG is coming in, but still just a trickle in the increase at this time. Probably 2~3 more years for any real differences.
