Su-24 flight recorder confirms Russian aircraft did not violate Turkish airspace
Pravda ^ | December 18, 2015

The Russian Defense Ministry held an open briefing devoted to the results of the decoding of flight recorders of the Su-24 bomber aircraft that was shot down by Turkish Air Force.

As it was said at the briefing, Russia has all evidence to prove that the warplane of the Russian Air Force did not violate Turkish airspace.

"We have all the necessary evidence to confirm the absence of facts to establish violations of Turkey's airspace by the Russian aircraft,"Sergei Dronov, Deputy Commander of the Russian Air Force said, RIA Novosti reports.

He added that the Russian bomber was carrying out its mission in the mountainous area of Syria and did not pose any danger to Turkey and its citizens.

The analysis of the data of flight recorders of the downed Russian Su-24 will be conducted openly. The use of special equipment allows to conclude that the decoding of the data was conducted as usual.

None of the countries that have been following the investigation of the incident with the downing of the Russian military aircraft has denied the information voiced by officials of the Russian Air Force, Defense Ministry and the President of Russia.

"No one, but Turkey, has refuted the data of objective monitoring of air conditions in the specified area of Syria," said Sergey Dronov, Deputy Commander of the Russian Federation Air Force.

First data of the decoding of the Su-24 flight recorders will be exposed on Monday, December 21 at the session of the Interstate Aviation Committee.

Yes I know it's Pravda. But we also post from NY Times and Wash Post.

Second, video at source charges that US must give the "GO" before Turkey is allowed to fire. Sounds plausible.

Garmin ad. It is truly amazing that a hand held GPS taped to the cockpit dash survived that crash.

Turkey will still blow it off saying it’s made up propaganda and lies.

Oh dear, Pravda says the jet did not violate Turkish airspace, while Russia Today reports that the Russians admit to violating Turkish airspace.

Which Russian propaganda outlet to believe?

Sometimes even the National Enquirer is more accurate than the NY Times and Wash Post.

After a closer look, this is Pravda reporting what RIA Novosti reported. But I thought RIA Novosti no longer exists, having been renamed Sputnik. So, we have four propaganda outlets, including RT.

Not plausible, to me.

Saying the Turks are hamstrung by The Messiah is not really believable as no one respects The Messiah, too include the Turks, and the Turks would not sacrifice their airspace/sovereignty all on the say-so of The Messiah.

The Russians would never lie or make up “evidence” to prove they are as pure as driven snow. Of course, just MHO.

I still give anything published by Russia media zero credence. Granted, they may actually tell the truth from time to time, but who can tell?

Even if it did cross over Turkish airspace, it was only for about 30 seconds. There must have been an awacs overhead with an F-16 in the area just waiting for this to happen.

Yep. It really doesn't matter what Turkey or Russia say. Or the US, or Syria, or the UN, or anyone else. They are all quite willing to lie to advance their own particular interests.

Except maybe the Swiss. If the Swiss investigated the incident, I might believe them. Maybe.

Pretty sure Turkey was crying about previous incursions. Interesting the widely divergent claims as to the flight path.

Which Russian propaganda outlet to believe?

They have nothing on the sultans of sham operating CNN, FOX, ABC, NBC and the rest of U.S. MSM.

Spoken like someone who doesn't follow Russian media. The American outlets you list can only aspire to the Russian level.

The overflight that the Turks claim (as shown on your map) was over Turkey's Hatay Province. Hatay Province was essentially stolen from Syria by Turkey in the late 1930's.

The Syrians never recognized that move. Most Syrian maps still show Hatay as part of Syria.

Interesting, eh?

Try to keep up. Russia learned from the U.S. MSM.

U.S. media are 24/7 world class biased, liars, cons, packaged choreographer, rehearsed and given to you by fashion models with twinkles in their eye.
