It’s worse than that. It means he is indifferent to the security of the United States. The man is THE most worthless human ever on a position of power.
What I heard he said was that he “hadn’t been watching enough cable news to know how upset people were” about recent terror strikes, including those in Paris and San Bernadino.
I agree with you entirely about his tacit admission of living in a bubble.
But I think he was also sneering at the kind of people who would be angry or frightened in Obamerica, also at those foolish enough to follow the cable news.
