Gotta love the media push to see what they can get to stick to Cruz when all they really do is prove how much GOPe doesn’t understand its base, states rights, conservatism or the US Constitution.
Of course Cruz is right that SSM is a state, not federal, issue.

man, I can think of a dozen things that should be in the Top Three.
Until we have an Article V Convention and an amendment is passed allowing states to overturn a SCOTUS verdict, I’m not really sure what can be done about it.
The fact that we have a rogue court more troubling and far more dangerous than this particular ruling IMO.
