Real estate prices are rebounding like crazy. Builders are building again. I wonder how much of an effect the interest rate increase will have on this market.
But with California companies relocating or expanding here means more Californians bringing their voting habits.
Isn’t it maddening when New YoRkers and Californians escape their respective hellholes—THEN THEY VOTE TO REPLICATE THE SAME STUPID POLICIES THAT DESTROYED THEIR HOME STATES???
It’s ironic they don’t recognize they are creating the same hellholes they escaped from. They don’t understand that it’s their own damn fault.
