The nearby city of Fernley is right off of I-80—and a lot of subdivisions bit the dust in 2009. But I assume they are making a comeback now. TRIC has gas lines, I-80, rail service, big pipe fiber cable, and onsite power plants. They put in their own roads too. Amazing project. And they have sufficient water rights.
What’s great about the location: Reno is only 9 miles away and Lake Tahoe another 30 minutes up the mountains. And only a few hours from Silicon Valley, Napa, San Fran.
