5)Cruz has consistently been 100% pro-life. Trump (is he now?, even on the courts/judicial precedent?).
No, Trump is not reliably Pro-Life. He is only partially, at best, Pro-Life:
JANUARY 2015
First he states he is in support of Abortion for Rape, Incest and Health of the Mother.
Then Trump was asked about a abortion by a woman being pregnant, and not from rape or incest, and Trump answered that it depends on how far along the baby is.
"It depends when"
INTERVIEWER: "So say a woman is pregnant, and it is not in any of those exceptions [rape/incest]categories, and she chooses to have an abortion"
TRUMP: "it depends when, it depends when"

So, as of January 2015, trump isn’t really pro-life. According to this interview, he’d allow non-exception case abortions at some personally undefined time during pregnancy.

Who's to say I personally don't support an "it depends" position? Doesn't disqualify as conservative to say that. For example, given the choice of abortion or death of my wife, I'd go with abortion.
At the end of the day, "it depends" is a good, acceptable, and mature answer and needn't be pressed for explicit details as it comes down to a personal and private decision.
As a practical matter, you press for explicit "no, never" position, then I presume sanctity of life also says no execution for murderers and rapists, maybe even no killing on behalf of state, no self-defense. Want to go with a Dukakis answer?!
