I think the July bump correlates when the silent majority starts to realize there’s an election coming up. This far in advance, polling on Trump vs Clinton are like polling about who will win the 2017 World Series.

You are so right about this. But Trump is the only who can actually neutralize Bill Clinton and this poll will change drastically.
