the BLM keeps changing the rules - do you bother to read what I write before you rush in to defend your precious BLM?

Exactly what is your connection to the BLM?

If you are a rancher, you know that most of the cattlemen in that area don’t really have the option of dropping their permits - they are not leases, they are grazing permits. Without those permits, they would be out of business.

Reality says it is not the Forest service, BLM, or government land either. In the west, the Federal Government has taken or rather not distributed the land at Statehood as it did in the East under the enabling laws. Serious business that is causing ever increasing problems with states hog tied at generating money to run the State. Article 1 Section 8 limits Governments roll but usurping Government of today says otherwise. Who wins is now the issue, and it better be the States and the people or Katie bar the door.
