Lies lies LIES! First, firearms restrictions, licenses, registration, limitations, background checks are all unconstitutional on their face — no matter who in government tries to impose them. Second, any new law has to be written and passed by congress -,not anyone In the White House. Obsma will say or do anything to undermine America , no matter how ridiculous or outrageous it is. The enemy within.

What does this f-—ing jackass know about the Constitution? Nothing. As America's dictator it is a worthless piece of paper. And the House, Senate, and Supreme Court agrees with him. What a government and they forgot us, the people.

“But obama found a loophole. Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan.”

Well, you got the “hole” part right, but I might have chosen something other than “loop’.

1. Background checks for everyone.
2. Every fails the background check.
3. Anyone who currently owns a gun is mentally ill.

Am I close?

There is only one Constitutional “gun law” in this country, the Second Amendment.

All others fall under the category of “infringements”.

Smart people will only violate unconstitutional gun laws when the consequences of violations are outweighed by the consequences of continuing to obey them— the “getter judged by twelve than carried by six” situation, the one that leads the “violator” to decide he’d rather have to walk out of a jail eventually than risk being unable to walk out of a morgue.

What about states that have passed legislation to ignore further gun restrictions issued by DC?

Peace, Eleutheria5,

Any executive order which seeks to act as law is unconstitutional, violating Article 1, Section 1. The federal government has no constitutional authority to interfere in intra-State commerce. Unconstitutional acts do not need to be obeyed. The States must nullify such unconstitutional actions under the Tenth Amendment.

The EO gets released tomorrow.

What has happened is that details on the EO provided by the Administration to the press have made it out

Every Congressman that refuses to publicly oppose Ovomit on this should be voted from office.

[[1. The federal government has no constitutional authority to interfere in intra-State commerce.]]

They will likely get around it by claiming it is INTER-State commerce potential (IE gun shows where vendors may be allowed from other states)

I don’t think those would apply to NFA items.
If those states would pass legislation that gives them power over NFA items, that might work due to the 10th amendment.
