Cruz’ US citizen mom qualifies him. There is not a legal scholar who would deny his natural born citizenship....although I’m sure the dems will try find one... until they’re laughed out of the building.

ONLY because that fulfills the requirements of law. Without that law he would not be a citizen.
There isn’t one who would refuse him citizenship from birth.
A Natural Born Citizen doesn’t even NEED the Constitution or any law to be recognized.
Cruz does NOT fit that demographic. He was NOT born within the US borders, of parents whom were both US citizens.
Now, you can go down the road Obama did to justify himself, but he will always be THE INTERLOPER. If you do go down that path, try not to confuse yourself.
If a law is needed, then they aren’t Natural Born Citizens, period.
Natural Born Citizens are citizens, by nature. No laws required.
I've seen articles from lots of legal scholars who don't believe that Cruz meets the natural born citizen requirement.
He received citizenship solely due to the provisions of the 1952 Immigration and NATURALIZATION Act, not due to nature.
Prior to 1934, our NATURALIZATION laws would not have even made a citizen out of someone in his position.
