I’m sure you are - but you are part of a small minority who follows this stuff. If we were having a national primary day on Feb 1, LOTS of uninformed voters would dilute your informed vote.
PLUS, by definition we haven’t seen yet how these candidates handle defeat, or victory, in a given primary or caucus. These are valuable moments.
The un-informed voters are easily swayed by who wins the first couple of primaries.
