He would easily win on summary judgment. The clowns hounding him now are scared that he is the best candidate and that he is moving up rapidly.

I agree. He could win this easily. But honestly, I think it will happen, not on the merits of the case, but rather, because the courts really don’t want to touch it. And that’s too bad because the issue will be raised again and again for future candidates.

It’s pretty pathetic actually. When you cannot win on the court of ideas and through proven track record of conservatism you resort to the shiny object. While I do love that Trump is shaking it up across the spectrum he turns me off in the biggest way in that he cannot form an idea verbally beyond that of a 4th grader. I’m actually in shock that a large number of Americans sit there and can listen to him for more than 10 minutes at times when asked questions. At times it is truly painful giving a solidly no details he has become a moniker expressing make America great again without one shred of detail on how that happens. A high schooler doing a project couldn’t pass making statements such as this in projects withou how we get there.

In addition self proclaimed conservatives have directly attacked the only man I’ve seen in years closest to Reagan. He is articulate, always pushes the edge and ticks off the GOP-E
