Hillary Clinton's e-mail scandal has been a difficult one for the public to understand and for journalists to explain. But Bob Woodward, the Washington Post reporter who helped uncover Watergate 40 years ago, clarified things a lot on Fox News Sunday today when he said that an e-mail in the most recently released batch shows Hillary trying to "subvert the rules" that she expected others to follow.
A few days earlier, Joe DiGenova, a well-respected former district attorney for the District of Columbia, told The Laura Ingraham Show that "there is vitriol of an intense amount developing" in the intelligence community and that FBI agents "are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if [the Justice Department] refuses to bring charges" against either Hillary Clinton or her former State Department staffers.

Only 23 percent of independents view her as "honest and trustworthy" in the latest Quinnipiac poll. Other Democrats, including Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren, would be remiss if they weren't preparing a Plan B in case this number dips even lower, making her a more vulnerable general-election candidate.

if one wants to be cynical, it would actually be better for the GOP if the AG refuses to indict. All the derails of the FBI investigation will leak...that’s a given, and then her campaign is effectively frozen in place..just responding to all the details...she won’t be able to get away with “there’s nothing there...” Meantime, this also blows up on Obama..as he will be accused of a cover-up..

Herspouse has already been impeached on the same basic charges Nixon was threatened with: Perjury and Obstruction of Justice.
Nixon resigned before being impeached, Herself's Spouse was voted innocent.
I bet Herself had files on leading Dems (as well as other data 'feeds') right along with the 900+ FBI files on Republicans--(another massive stack of Felonies).
The FBI did not find any evidence of criminal behavior on the part of Lois Lerner.
The case with Hillary Clinton is no different in that the FBI (allegedly) HAS found criminal behavior.
Clinton has so brazenly broken the law that the FBI must insist on prosecution or lose all credibility.
But Loretta Lynch was put in place to be a continuation of Eric MY PEOPLE Holder, which she is and will be.`
Laws? Woodward says she “subverted the rules.” Sounds like she will be sent to bed without dessert for that horrible I fraction.

As far as I am concerned it has already been answered and the answer is Banana Republic.
I hate to be a kill-joy but reality is the decay in this country began long ago and the rot has set in. I ask you, how do you now teach a huge mass of people that taking money earned by others who have worked hard is not morally wrong? It is not all about money but it is about moral right and wrong. There are too many things that were once moral outrage worthy that no longer are and that view of the world is not easily reversed.
The masses have arrived at the point of voting themselves an income from the treasury, that means from people who have earned enough to pay taxes. The ultra rich aren’t hurt by this very much, they protect themselves and their wealth is dispersed. It is the middle class, the small business man, the doctor who has studied for years to become what he is, the engineer who has worked up the corporte ladder from a cubicle and a good education and mind and even the family farm that has done OK but has a lot of property that are the targets.
It is also that the latest pop culture pablum and the likes of fan-duel, the kardisians and so forth rouse more enthusiasm than the outrageous crimes against the people by the likes of hillarity, lois lerner and regulations that kill liberty whether they impact a person directly or violate principles and on and on.
While I continue to pray that you are wrong I greatly fear that you are right!
I forgot her ace in the hole, and I mean this with all sincerity. The Clintons make Nixon look like a novice. They have dirt on Obama. They can implicate him when they met and decided on the video story etc.
He will pardon her if it looks like it’s going to get ugly for everyone. I mean, why not? In the end no one died.
Lois Lerner wasn’t running for president and was doing Obama’s bidding...

Same here and not a thing that can be done. It is like watching a plane crash.
Then of course there is the outside chance that she has a health meltdown. After all, the e-mail investigation and possible prosecution for financial irregularities with the Clinton Family Charities money laundering business must be putting a strain on her already degraded system. I truly expect her to collapse at some time on the campaign trail when she gets confronted with some hard hitting questions such as: "If you lose the election how will you be able to repay the bribes from individuals and foreign governments you solicited in advance?"
I’m thinking President Trump might give a green light to continue the investigation and prosecute her (among others).
