I heard it on the radio. I Googled and this was the first thing I saw:

I just heard an old Navy guy call Levin & say it’s next to impossible for those ships to
a:Lose all power
b: Be so far off course as to be in Iranian territory.
This is obviously a clandestine op gone bad. It reminds me of Francis Gary Powers.
