This is one of the most ridiculous videos I've ever seen of a journalist who was trying to smear a Republican and instead wound up making herself look a complete moron.

Here's what happened.

Ted Cruz made some comments to a religious crowd, as many of his supporters are Evangelical, and he used a very common Christian phrase that you would instantly understand if you read the Bible just once.

Well apparently that excludes Washington Post columnist Kathleen Parker, who embarrassed herself by accidentally exposing her ignorance on Christianity!!

Oh my. I understood exactly what Cruz meant.

This is sad and shows clear evidence of ignorance and the fact that this Nation is in trouble spiritually.

The "body of Christ" are individual Born-again "body of Believers" in Christ Jesus. Born-Again Believers are saved by the Blood of Christ Crucified because they received Christ into their heart and lives as Lord and Saviour by grace through faith...

"So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another."(Romans 12:5)

"Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular." (1 Corinthians 12:27)

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)

One day I woke up and people were calling Kathleen Parker a "Conservative." I had never heard of her before, so I withheld judgement.

Next thing I know, she's taking every position opposite of what I thought "conservatism" was, and I end up concluding she is a liberal.

When she comes out in support of Obama, I also conclude she's an idiot, and we should deliberately exclude her from our ranks any time her name comes up.

So Kathleen Parker displays some more ignorance? Yeah, and water is wet.

were very respectful, and allowed Kathleen to voice her silly remarks in totality. The problem is that no one clearly called her out on it, so the point of her being brain-dense will be missed by many. They were too polite and too restrained.
