That’s right. I was waiting for someone to call her out on her error. I thought the gentleman on the bottom left of the screen was about to, but he didn’t.
But I don’t know if they even knew what “body of Christ†meant either. I believe they might have been just as clueless as she was and is.

She just adds to her idiocy by using the threadbare cliche of “offense” and the fact she supposedly has talked to scores of people who are as unclear as she is.
Kathleen Parker is another of the “house conservatives” at the Washington Post. I have no idea what her background is or what entitles her to be a supposed respected commenter but she is trotted out by the newspaper solely to attack conservative Republicans, never says a word about Obama or Hillary Clinton. She is like a female John McCain or an androgenous Lindsay Graham.

She obviously does not know that the body of Christ refers to the church.

It was not politeness or restraint that kept them from calling her out on it . I was ignorance . They didn’t get it either.

So stunning that neither she nor they had even the first clue that they were wrong about what Cruz meant. When people are so uneducated, why are they listened to at all? They have mush for brains. How do they get away with this? It’s no wonder they do not understand the popularity of Cruz or Trump.
