There was a school shooter a few years ago who was seen in security videos driving past schools with armed guards until he found one with no guards. That is the one he chose to shoot up.

That is the one he chose to shoot up.Don't know the specific incident you're refering to, but assuming terrorists and mass murderers are stupid is a mistake. Often fatal.
