I saw that video months ago when it first started floating around. Already considered in my calculus as to who I support. If Ted Cruz can solve his problem of being a CANADIAN until 15 months ago I hope Trump will consider him for VP.
Cruz is eligible because he is a Natural Born Citizen through blood - his mom.
I think Cruz is such a good lawyer he’s probably going to win if/when this lands in court. Until then it’s a problem. If he’s not NBC he can not serve. It’s not good enough that “well he’s close enough and he’s been an American his whole life.”
It won’t have to go to the courts because Cruz IS a Natural Born Citizen. It’s the law.
I really hope Ted Cruz is a NBC so Trump can consider him for VP. Until he gets his PROBLEM resolved he has a CLOUD OVER HIS HEAD and puts the party at great risk because the Rats will sue. He should get a DECLARATORY JUDGMENT to get the problem resolved. I hope you are right but you may be wrong. And if you are wrong Ted Cruz can not serve.

I’m going to do you a favor and point you to user Cboldt’s comments. Someone who’s actually read case law instead of FoxNews articles. Once you do you will have DOUBT that your position is correct. At least you should. You and Ted Cruz should welcome the opportunity to resolve this PROBLEM now rather than later when the Rats sue him.

Folks not in denial must know what Cruz has stood for in Washington, D.C., but do some research, and see what he did in Texas, when he took on the GOP establishment there (as an underdog no less).
