Oh, Bernie Sanders gets attacked regularly. It is just he is not used to being attacked from the LEFT flank, as Herself postulates that ol’ Bernie is just an indulgent fool about guns and gun rights.
Kind of puts his game off its timing.

So distillers and auto manufacturers should be accountable for drunk drivers and auto accidents? Only if there can be demonstrated that their product malfunctioned.
In both cases, as in the misuse of a firearm by a criminal or the justifiable shooting of a criminal, the product performed as it was intended to perform.
No product liability for the manufacturer, but the liability should fall upon the person operating the device inconsistent with the applicable laws.
