You know, a few things:

1. It better be big. Palin would fit that bill, but I’m having a hard time of thinking she’d commit, like you said, but she’s a wild card, so you never know. Still, in typical Trump fashion he’s built this up such that anyone short of an A-list political figure or celebrity will be a big fat pfffft. ( and no, the also-rans from Celebrity Apprentice don’t count.)

2.If it’s Palin, it cuts both ways. I love the gal and all, but in spite of her popularity with grassroots conservatives, we all know how much of a dingbat the other 85% of America thinks she is. Trump is trying to leverage his “broad base” appeal, and Sarah, God love her, would do the exact opposite. If it were Palin, then my feeling that we’re redoing the 2004 D primary would only get stronger. I remember everyone thinking when Algore came out for Dean that the race was over. Obviously we see how that turned out.

In the end I think #1 is closer to the mark, and we’re gonna see an endorsement from some random douche like Uncle Joey from Full House.

That fine man would not endorse any one of these people.

I wonder if Ted Cruz will call her a Democrat?

No, but the Cruz supporters here will.

Yeah, why does Trump even have to spend a dime on advertising. Regardless of his political views the man is a PR genius, far and away better than anyone running for president.

For a while I’ve wondered what people would say about Trump’s amazing energy if Melania were to announce a pregnancy. “WHERE does he get his ENERGY?!?”

"WHERE does he get his ENERGY?!?"

Exactly.... and the ooh and ahh factor, a baby @ 1600 Penn. He'd look more Virile than Putin! Consummate showman, it would be a blessing and it wouldn't have been done for show, but he'd play it up for sure!

If it is Palin, any shred of credibility she has left with conservatives will be gone.
I guess it is her last shot at keeping in the lime light.

This man is not one that procrastinates after he has made a big decision. He also doesn’t go by established norm. It would not surprise me if he is now going to announce his choice for VP. I think it’s clear that its not going to be Cruz, as if it ever was.

We shall see.....

.

I’m a Ted Cruz guy ... I’m not going nuts ...

I’m just admiring Donald Trump’s “Pattonesque” go-for-the-jugular political savy ...

Besides, after all she’s been through, Sarah Palin deserves a break ...

Right ?

.
