Here's a comeback, for anyone reading. If Healthcare costs are the lowest in 50 years, she means for the Big Healthcare companies, so they maximize their profits while the individual pays more than ever. The opposite is true. Health care insurers are leaving the system one after another because they are seeing massive losses. The only entity making out like a bandit is the IRS.
