Abortion, gay marriage......not as important when you are about to lose life savings.

I disagree. Those concerned about losing their own life savings probably aren't concerned about abortion and gay marriage. But those concerned about OTHERS losing their life savings probably are concerned about abortion and gay marriage, because all of the above are moral issues. If you are only concerned about yourself, then you probably aren't concerned about abortion, gay marriage, or others.

I get that ...but many also have many depending on them, many mouths to feed and that can’t wait.

There HAS to be a middle ground in all of this.

And I have said it before — a stronger economy bodes well for marriage, for perhaps one parent being able to stay home with the kids, for stronger families overall. Higher taxation and a poor economy erodes all of this.

Abortion and Gay Marriage are both legal in America now! I suggest you do not enter into either if they are currently against your morals and this goes for all of you here thinking any newly elected president or congress can change that. The best thing to do is to elect those who can make the lives of legal American citizens better and safer at this point!
