Well, even his defense attorney admits he served at Auschwitz during the period in question. He also admits that he was in the medical section during this time. I had not read this before, but some accounts of the coming trial indicate that the medical department actually was responsible for some aspects of the operation of the gas chambers. My guess is the prosecutor’s case will be built around those facts.
