No. It is my understanding that “Classified” means it has a classification. The classifications include “secret” and “top secret”, but there is no classification called “classified.”
The lowest governmental classification I am aware of is “confidential.” Defense contractors I worked at also had “company private”, which was a lower, non-governmental level of security.
My ex was cleared for Top Secret Crypto. I don't think they use that one any more, but maybe they do.
