But if he's the Republican nominee I will absolutely vote for him. If he actually does then what he now says he will, yes he could not only help America make itself great again, but could be one of the greatest American presidents simply by taking out the Republican establishment and the media fifth column.
But that's the gamble. We in The People's Republic of Kalifornia got burned by Arnold the same way.
I'm from CA too. Arnold did what he said he would do, get Measures on the Ballot to fix the problems Gray Davis, the Legislature and even his predecessors helped create.
The Government Employee Unions spent Millions of Dollars and fought every Initiative. All of them went down to defeat on Election Day. After that, good old Arnold came out and said it's the will of the People and he gave up.
Somehow I just don't see the same happening with Trump on the Federal level. That being said, I wonder of even Cruz could get past the Firewall of the D.C. Bureaucracy. They seem to have a special hatred of Cruz.
Trump's advantage from what I am observing is that he has a knack of getting the message across and hopefully the Citizenry behind him. If he can pull that off as POTUS, the Legislative Branch may just change its ways. If not, it's back to the drawing board.

But if you recall it was the Cal GOPE that shoved Tom McClintock out of the way to open the path for Arnold. Arnold was their choice, he wasn’t the choice of the grassroots activists who had taken down Gray Davis. The GOPe had formed a donor group called The New Majority and they provided the big money backing Arnold.
GOPE mouthpiece Hugh Hewitt was one of the hacks spreading the claim that McClintock couldn’t win and that the world would end if we ran him instead of Arnold.
