The only reason megyn kelly gets the ratings that she does, is the lack of competition on the other networks at that time slot. Take a look at the junk that CNN and the other news networks offer at that time. I venture to say, if CNN where to put Anderson Cooper or Wolf Blitzer in the 9 p.m. time slot, things would be different.
Gov. Palin should moderate.
Rand Paul skipped the last Fox Business debate because they put him to the kiddie table because of his low poll numbers. I went to Facebook and I saw him a post by him suggesting people skipping watching the debate which I found very immature.
Hopefully you aren't waiting on the edge of your seat.
Sarah Palin would make an excellent moderator for the debates.
Perfect. It works for me, too.
NO, leave her alone with ME!
He should do it, then the rest of the field can go about debating issues..
Plus then Donald Trump can really test if he’s bigger than the Republican Party, my guess is no he is not (measured in ratings..).
Megyn Kelly was just a shill for Trump in the first debate.
His massive ego won't allow him to back off...
Alies has just a big of an ego...
Does anybody think Alies will allow Trump to dictate to him who and who not will be his moderators...?
At some point Trump will need Fox to be at least be unbiased toward him in the coming months especially if Hillary is the nominee, Trump doesn't need to make Alies an enemy ...
Let's hope he isn't tripping over his shoelaces here...
LOL He’s such a player. I have to tell you though, if he gets the nomination, will hildabeast use this stuff? Will Bernie (if she’s in jail)?
I like the idea, I was not planning on watching the debate because...
1.With only Trump and Cruz viable, it’s gonna be boring except for all the mudslinging.
2.I don’t want to watch the Fox 3 Amigos again, just gets me too pissed off from the get go.
3.Would rather watch a Townhall with genuine questions and genuine questioners.
4.Nobody will tell Kasich that everybody had a dad that a job. Kasich almost makes it sound like a mailman’s job is demeaning.
5.The latest version of Bush is still in the debate. If he was anyone else he would be at the Kiddy Table.
“Trump, however, has been given the equivalent of untold millions in free advertising over the past six months from media outlets willing, for the sake of ratings, to grant him as much airtime as he likes, and his polling isnât wildly different today from where it was when he first surged into the lead last summer.”
He hasn’t ‘been given’ anything. He’s played the media like a fiddle and they’ve fallen for it.
He has a strategy that any of the candidates could have used, but they were too cowardly. (Say something ‘controversial’, which is also conservative and what people want. Get coverage about it - most of it negative, which infuriates supporters, solidifying his base. Tweet about it, go on interviews, etc. When that dies down - repeat.
Any one of the candidates could have done the same thing and started it off by announcing a wall and deportation. But since they were all for amnesty, they were instead hiding under the GOP’s skirts.
for trump and for Ailes, the faux argument is win win
Both will end up winning by this gambit
And he would be seen as not being beholden to the media or RNC.

We’ve had enough debates.

There have been six and six more scheduled if they have them all.

February 6, 2016 Manchester, New Hampshire
February 13, 2016 South Carolina
February 25, 2016 Houston, Texas
March 2016 Florida
March 2016 TBD
The NR ‘editorial’ trashing Trump got them booted as moderators, as would Palin’s endorsement of Trump. They like to pretend at least to some objectivity.
Send Donny to the kiddie-table debate. That’s where he belongs.
