He’s using his definition of amnesty. If the government allows them to stay, but denies them citizenship, it isn’t amnesty.

Anyone with a brain knows that there is no way to allow them to stay and not give the voting rights.

“If the government allows them to stay, but denies them citizenship, it isn’t amnesty.”

As Rush as OFTEN pointed out, if they are allowed to stay by law, they will become citizens shortly. Rush said the democrats would take that to court two or three days after the bill was passed.

‘If the government allows them to stay, but denies them citizenship, it isn’t amnesty.’

Every reasonably sane, intelligent conservative used to acknowledge that as soon as Congress makes them legal, a judge will grant them citizenship. It wouldn’t take any time at all. The Cruz plan is simply a way of giving illegals citizenship while being able to blame it on the judiciary.

Being here illegally is against the law. Overlooking the fact that they are lawbreakers IS amnesty.
