Because Trump has never done drugs, smoked or drank alcohol. Rush was addicted to RX Pain med's. In some convoluted way, Rush has turned that into, "He probably thinks he's better than me." That turns into resentment against Trump.
Rush possibly does not even know that is the basis for his dislike of Trump.

Hillary is about to outspend him and eat up all the airwaves. When that happens remaining time goes higher in price. He has new money coming in but it won’t be fast enough after first three races to cover super Tuesday etc and he hasn’t been campaigning in those states. Doesn’t have the “ground game” His only chance was to take he out in first three. His refusal to use email against her has sunk him. He wasn’t in it to win it!

He started slobbering over her last week, IIRC. She was at his wedding.....she’s very nice, but ambitious and hard working. She really, really is an excellent infobabe....and, she’s beautiful so she has has to act tough so people will look past her beauty and take her seriously. whew....started gagging about half way through that explanation. But, I swear, that’s what he said! Any callers that disagree are basically laughed at. Like it’s an inside joke....that was the last time I listened to him. Sad
