Once again, the focus on the state government in this crisis, as if it was primarily responsible. The formula is simple:
In Katrina, you had a Dem mayor and a Dem governor and a Republican president, so it was a national issue.
In Flint, you have a Dem mayor and a Republican governor and a Dem president and EPA, so its a state issue.
By the time the media is done spinning most voters will think that Rick Snyder drove to Flint and personally spread lead frosting on the Pop Tarts of all the children. You know that.
