There’s nothing in the original story to connect the introduced mosquitos, which had a gene that caused their offspring to die before breeding, and the current outbreak of the Zina virus.

You are possibly correct about the link between Zika and the Mosquito, however there is speculation that the GMO Mosquitoes are causing it. Since the UN and world leaders openly endorse population control, is it not wise to be cautious? If you remember, the USA was built on healthy distrust of Government.

I remember those and often wondered what chemical they were spraying. It seemed harmless. However, during the late 1970’s the City of Houston sprayed something apparently much more toxic around the campus of Rice University, presumably for mosquitos. Instead, there must have been at least hundreds of dead grackles laying around the campus, from what I saw. Yikes!

The outbreak of Zika virus has nothing to do with the attempt to control the spread of other viruses.
