When politics are being played, smart people tend to be skeptical of what they're told until they can confirm it.

No. Honest people "trust, but verify". No one should ever just "believe" whatever they are told. That would make them gullible, not informed.

Trump is just Ventura with more money and fewer principles. Not what we need.
