The Supreme Court has already said you can’t execute anyone who’s not a murderer. Why waste everybody’s time?

Isn't human trafficking a form of kidnapping?

Isn't there a potential death penalty for kidnapping?

I thought kidnapping was punished as severely as murder. If so, then there is precedent for the death penalty in human trafficking cases.
