Yep, sounds like Teddy cheated alright. Between the voter violation mailings and the bogus Carson rumor. Ted was up in the Iowa polls most of January plus his “new york values” line, Cruz should have won by 20 points. Instead, he looks like a nasty cheater and barely squeaked out a win. For all that effort he gets 1 more delegate than Trump. But that is ok. Let Cruz have his one win for the primaries. It is all downhill from here on out. Good riddance!

The GOP establishment poured a lot of money, time and effort to ensure a Trump loss (he was not at his strongest in a caucus based system of voting) against Cruz in order to blunt Trump and try and have the Iowa loss derail Trump moving forward in NH. There Trump either loses or barely wins thanks to the post Iowa attacks and Rubio can be claimed as the comeback kid.

Cruz allowed himself to be used by the establishment for this purpose and they will now toss him to the curb.

Why is no one talking about Rubio’s comments about Carson leaving? or Huckabee”s? Doanld Trump and his supporters hate Cruz because they feel their guy was humiliated but Cruz. Trump has been my second or third choice up until now. As of today I would choose any republican on the ballot over this whiney little spoiled brat and his dishonest attacks on everyone. He seems to feel he is required to destroy any and all creditability of every Republican who is running, thereby clearing the way for his very dear friend Hillary.

Really? Because when I look at the RealClearPolitics consolidation of all the polls, I only see Cruz leading in 10 polls; all between 3 December and 18 January; and none by more than 10 points. In that same time period, 8 polls indicated Trump was ahead and he moved into the lead after 18 January, where he lead in 13 polls in a row.

No matter what you want to believe, this is a massive defeat for Trump.

To quote someone: You're entitled to your own opinion, but you are not entitled to your own facts.
