It’s a Clinton slippery word use again.

The judge should stick to TV makeup and hair dye - I spent 10 years in the defense industry working with various naval piping and mechanical systems. The drawings that were "classified" were stamped as such in large letters and also said "not releasable to foreign nationals." If you left one sitting out over the weekend, you were fired.

The dirty little secret is the marking does not make it classified, it is simply a warning. If the information relates to a certain topic it is “classified” regardless of markings or lack there of. Any one with lowest level clearance knows this as every clearance holder is briefed regularly so there is no misunderstanding......
