He also wants to take care of those who can’t afford any insurance but not with single payer. He will fix the waste, fraud, and abuse in Medicaid and ER care and work with hospitals to provide for them.
He hates Obamacare, says it’s destroying our country.

Medicaid IS waste, fraud, and abuse. Can anyone identify for me where the Congress is granted constitutional authority to create a taxpayer funded program paying for indigent peoples' medical treatment? It must be in Article 1, or in one of the amendments ... but I can't seem to find it.
