OF COURSE, by law, Senator Cruz can have no communication with this PAC that's gettin' down and dirty. The right thing to do would be what Trump did. That would be to publically announce that he does not want PACs setting a negative tone for his campaign.

Should I hold my breath waiting for Cruz to do that?

ROTFLMAO. Cruz knows nothing about the law that he can't get to the line between right and wrong.......he always picks wrong. He will take it to the limit of legal. I think it was his growing up.....he probably put on this “perfect” presentation in front of everyone but behind the scenes he was a sneak. It has followed him to adulthood.
