How about shut down the wire services if any money is detected going to Mexico. The President has the authority to do that right now. The US already impounds currency suspected of being drug money. It is only a small step to stopping all money from going to Mexico.

Inestimable billions of dollars flowing across the border, most of that tax free by employers paying under the table. Then in addition to that, we get to pay for their health-care in our emergency rooms and for welfare through relief institutions.
